This means that when you place an order for an item, your details are securely made available to us but your credit card is not automatically charged. We verify all your details then call you for a verbal confirmation before any charges are made to your card. This is for the security of both you the customer and us the retailer.

You will only be charged for the goods ordered plus the freight charge. No additional handling, processing or transaction fees exist. Your card is charged ONLY at the point of dispatch and we will not charge you for an item that is on order until the actual dispatch date.

As listed in our policy section, all your details are strictly kept for Powerrepairs.com.au purposes only. In regards to credit card details, we will use the card number provided for the immediate order placed. Your card details are then permanently discarded and not stored on any database, on-line server etc. We will therefore require your credit card details for any future purchases.

Delivery, Returns and Exchanges Policy

All our parcels are sent to you by Australian Post. We do not offer pickup facilities or customer organised couriers. We only send with this courier and you must pay our standard freight charges.

We ONLY send to listed addresses that can be found in the Australian White Pages.
The Terms and Condition applicable to postal services are determined by the Australian Postal Corporation Act 1989

Issues With Delivery Or Goods Damaged In Transit/

Where there is an issue with delivery or the condition of good delivered, Powerrepairs.com.au must be notified of any such issues as soon as the customer becomes aware. Items are always delivered within 5-10 business days to even the most remote locations. We therefore will not be made liable for non-delivery or damaged items if we are notified outside of 14 days from the day of the verbal phone confirmation and despatch.

Exchanges, Refunds & Returns/

We generally do not exchange, refund or return an item once it has been purchased but in certain cases will consider it.

Exchange & Return Requirements/

Exchanged/returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.
Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.

Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.
